Requirements

Genre Matching Required

Your music must match the genre of one of our existing radio stations. Specify which station you're targeting in your submission.

  • Must be a Box Radio supporter via Buy Me a Coffee
  • Music must be original or you must own distribution rights
  • High-quality audio files (WAV, FLAC, or 320kbps MP3 minimum)
  • Professional mastering and production quality
  • No explicit content without prior approval
  • Must specify target Box Radio station genre

How to Submit

Required Information:

  • Artist name and track title
  • Genre and target Box Radio station
  • Release date
  • Record label (if applicable)
  • ISRC code (if available)
  • BPM and key information (optional but helpful)
  • Brief description or story behind the track
  • Your Buy Me a Coffee supporter confirmation

Submission Process:

  1. Upload your track to a file sharing service (Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, or SoundCloud private link)
  2. Email all required information and file links to [email protected]
  3. Include your Buy Me a Coffee supporter confirmation in the email

What Happens Next

Supporter Advantage

As a Box Radio supporter, your music will be automatically selected for our stations (assuming it meets quality standards and genre requirements). No waiting in review queues!

  • We'll confirm receipt of your submission within 24-48 hours
  • Your track will be reviewed for quality and genre fit
  • If approved, your music will be automatically added to the appropriate station
  • You'll receive confirmation when your track goes live on Box Radio
  • Your music will be included in our regular rotation and playlists

Note: While supporters get automatic selection, all music must still meet our quality standards and match the target station's genre to ensure the best listening experience for our audience.
